1.Soluble Emulsifying Cleaner
Soluble emulsified cleaner usually consists of emulsifier, soil, organic solvent, washing aid, corrosion inhibitor and a small amount of water. The function of water is to melt the emulsifier, while the detergent melts the stain on the outside of the fastener. It also leaves a rust-proof layer on the exterior of the fastener. The emulsifiable cleaner is a concentrated pure oil product that becomes a milky liquid after dilution with tap water, and the emulsifier and detergent in between the two can grasp the grease particulate matter and melt it in the detergent with solvent and oil.
2. Decontamination cleaner
Decontamination cleaner includes organic solvent, surfactant and water, it is different from emulsion cleaner, it is pure solution, mainly used as scraping agent for protective layer of fastener outer package.
3. Alkaline cleaner
The alkaline cleaner is made according to mixing the alkaline earth metal salt of detergent and surfactant, it is a commonly used cleaner with pH about 7. The alkaline cleaner should ensure the cleanliness first to remove the stain effectively when cleaning the U-bolt.
4.Combination Cleaner
Combination cleaner is also alkaline cleaner, the difference with standard alkaline cleaner is the composition, the standard alkaline cleaner is mostly inorganic. While combination cleaner is a cleaner with amine based components, standard alkaline cleaner is used for single step cleaning to remove alkaline residue, and it is a good rust inhibitor, and the composition of cleaner is used for cleaning with medium difficulty factor.
For better cleaning of U-bolt fasteners, different cleaners should be used according to different conditions. For better removal of stains on fasteners made of metal materials, alkaline cleaners are not usually applied instead of acidic and alkaline cleaners. But some spare parts (such as metal oxides) must be cleaned with acid, so different residues must use different cleaners.
