Galvanized iron square nuts comply with national standards (GB/T 13680) and are essential fasteners in sheet metal fabrication, chassis and cabinet manufacturing, and steel structure fabrication. They are primarily secured by welding, providing a strong, single-sided threaded connection. To enhance the nut's corrosion resistance and longevity, we use a zinc-plated (zinc-nickel alloy or hot-dip galvanized) surface treatment to effectively resist rust. Alternatively, the weld leg of the nut can be enlarged and raised to significantly improve weld strength and stability.
