Description

Thread Rod is a type of fastener with no head and only two sections with external threads. When connecting, one end of it must be screwed into the part with the internal threaded hole, the other end must pass through the part with the through hole, and then screw the nut, even if the two parts are tightly connected as a whole. This form of connection is called a stud connection, which is also a detachable connection. It is mainly used for occasions where one of the connected parts is thick, requires a compact structure, or is not suitable for bolt connection due to frequent disassembly.

The screw works under high temperature, certain corrosion, strong wear and high torque. Therefore, the screw must:

1) High temperature resistance, no deformation under high temperature;

2) Wear resistance and long life;

3) Corrosion resistance, the material is corrosive;

4) High strength, can withstand large torque, high speed;

5) Has good cutting performance;

6) The residual stress after heat treatment is small, and the thermal deformation is small.

How to use the teeth bars correctly?

1) When the tooth bar is tightened, it should be noted that the direction of the wrench’s force should be coincident with the axis of the screw, and it should not be inclined.

2) During the tightening process, the force should not exceed the safe torque and should be uniform, and try to use a torque wrench or a socket for use.

3) If the locking speed is too fast, it will lead to deadlock. It is recommended not to use an electric or pneumatic wrench.

4) Keep the thread clean. In order to ensure the smooth cooperation of the screw and the nut, it is recommended to pack the product in a clean container and do not place it arbitrarily.
